I have completely paid my Membership fees of Rs. 1,20,000 including the AMC charges via 2 credit cards availing EMI facility on both the card to Mr.Appa in Pune office in the month of Nov’12. As per the agreement, we were given free vacations for 5 years with 6 nights and 7 days every year. We were informed that this is the total amount that you need to pay without any subsequent charges. I tried getting booking for one of their resorts in Goa for 3 nights and 4 days in the month of Feb 2013 but I was always told that the booking is not available. However I insisted and talked to them a number of times and then I was told that I can get a booking if I pay 800 for 2 persons each day for 3 days equaling 2400 for compulsory Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner. We were forced to pay this amount to get the booking. I availed this stay.

Now for the past month, I am trying to get a booking in one of their resorts. First I tried booking the Kolad property but I was told first by their Pune office that they do not provide any accommodation there and its only a club there but it is clearly mentioned on their website that they provide the accommodation facility there. When I asked the customer care people in their Hyderabad office, I was told that they have no tie up with any such property and the club in Kolad does not exist and as such there is no such Country Club property in Kolad.

Now I am trying to book the accommodation in their Mumbai (Andheri West Property) which as per the booklet provided by the Pune office lady by name Ms. Chitra states that they do provide accommodation there. I called up the booking no. in Pune office to book the same but now I am being told that they do not provide any accommodation there.

There people do not disclose the correct information to the customers or on their website and hence the people get fooled and end up paying a huge sum of money without getting anything in returns. I request you to please take a note of this complaint along with so many complaints against Country Club/Country Vacations and help us out in getting the refund. My membership and contact details are mentioned below.
