my handset cant be repair by samsung

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: gurgaon&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: samsung</p>sir i have purchased a samsung mobile from charkhi dadri. at 10 oct 2012 its charging jack cant work than i can go to the service centre and at 18 oct 2012my problem shortout. after some days my hand set can not work properly than i can again go to the service centre than service center say to me the hand set is out of warrenty and say ur handset card is temperd from charging place charge can be pay but my handset in warrenty so i cant pay for this. so i want to register a complaiment against to samsung .
