I have been using my BSNL number 9415467686 for about 10 years now. I have seen that certain services have been automatically activated on my number and every week, Rs. 20 to 30 are deducted from my balance. This has been happening for two months now. I have contacted the customer care twice. Services get deactivate for 2-3 days and then again get activated and balance gets deducted. It has become a constant problem, which has not been solved after complaining twice. I know, companies such as BSNL won’t give any refunds, but permanent deactivation of these services would be quite helpful.
