Dear Sir,
I was purchased a new Xolo x900(IMEI 911202500181409) price of mobile is 18500 Rs, 8 Months back,currently was facing Mobile hang issue after the Playing of any games and it’s get stucked and restarting automatically, after that I logged call with XOLO care with call ID no. 310000032372 on 9th April 2013 and mobile sent to
Service center, as I already told to service center executive that I was already done factory restore format, still I got my mobile back after 25 Days on 3rd May 2013 by doing factory restore, & as I checked issue was not resolve hence I logged call with XOLO care again on 6th May 2013 with Call ID 310000048011, and till date my molbile not received, I already talked with call center executive and seniors many times, they are providing wrong commitment and some times they dropp calls,
Still my mobile is showing under reapir, I frustrated from Xolo’s customer service it’s takes long time to repair from 2months & I was using my friends mobile till date, at last I purchased new branded mobile.
I don’t want my mobile back I want my money back from Xolo company & I will never purchased
Any XOLO product again, not because of product, because of your frustrating Xolo comapny service.
