I have taken a full comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract against my Godrej Air Conditioner (Model No. GSC 18FM5WIZ, Appliances No.:- AS05F401001354302) for a period of three years valid from 17/04/2012 to 16/04/2015 vide AMC ref. no. 0204120010. I have paid the full advance of Rs. 4164/- (Rupees Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Four only) vide my HDFC cheque no. 109589 dtd. 27/03/2012.
But I regret to inform that with my several call booking, mail, verbal discussion & all other pledge to comply the due servicing of my AC, only one no. of dry servicing is done in the month of May’12. According to AMC terms & condition, 3 nos. of dry servicing and 1 no. of wet servicing has to be performed every year. I repetitively called their representative Mr. Barun Gupta (Mobile- 9836329191) and conveyed the issue but no solution till date. I also mailed them twice (25/07/2013 & 24/05/2013) in their mail [email protected], [email protected],[email protected],[email protected] but no single communication received from them.
I requested them to refund the full amount of the AMC value i.e.Rs. 4164/- (Rupees Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Four only).
Please help me.
