Hi am using a Tikona connection since 2 years, last year i have changed the address, and tikona person came and installed the device at new address after long delay.
after shifting to new address the problem started, the service have become pathetic and the worst part is tikona dont have my updated address in their system. 😮
i have applied for cancellation but they havent actioned it and keep on sending me the bills which are totally of non usage. and also many commitments not fulfilled.
now am out of services since 2 months and hampering my work.
and they keep on calling for bill payment, which i have not used and i have to explaint this to each and every representative who calls me for this.
am taking a serious action on this, am planning to inform my society members (society of 200 flats) not to take any Tikona connection.
