&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: 2nd main,2nd cross,begur road,hongasandra.bangalore-68&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: naaptol</p>i bought a product name tv tuner which order number was 6403617 from naaptol.i receive that product on may 9,2013.On the day i received i found that the product is not working suddenly i called custmer care and he said me they will response within 48hour but there was no responsed from them.I an again continously called them for 4 times there was same dialogue from their side 48 hour services but no responsed.I fed up with that again i called them then they told me to curior their product through Bluedart and after the day of curior i will get my new product within 15 days.On that same day 17th may 2013 only when i get idea about bluedart i curior to dehli naaptol office..It was delivered to naaptol,dehli which i asked through bluedart.Again i called naaptol again an again day by day but they said 48hr response where there was no responsed at all till now..i want my refund from them..my email id is [email protected] phone numbes=+917411580656
