With reference to above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that
I have purchased 1 no. 1.5 ton Hitachi make split AC on 29.04.12 from
your Ahmedabad R3 mall branch. Within 1 month AC is not in working
condition and I have called Service engineer from Hitachi and they
found that PCB of AC is not working and they will replace with new
PCB. But when ?????
Since I have purchased 1 month back only, and I am facing this type of
problem in new unit I want replacement of complete unit within 2 days.
After spending 42,000/- why should I use the unit with spare
replacement.
I am trying to contact R3 mall branch on 079-66043333 but the no. is
not in use. Hence, I request you to give me replacement on urgent
basis and don’t force me to go to the Consumer Forum.”
