My Jacket was Ruined

Dear Concern
I want to lodge a complaint against the White Tiger Dry cleaner whose outlet is there in Phase 3B2 Mohali. I had given my Half Cleave Jacket for Dry cleaning but same was ruined by the dry cleaner and they altered the same to rectify the problem which they have done but it was in bad shape and can’t wear. I asked them to return the cost of the jacket they said we will do the needful but till date there is no news from them. I had given this Jacket some time in October 2011.
Please help me.
