Lost/Misuse of documents submitted for porting

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Aircel

I am so annoyed by the behavior and the attitude of a customer service agent of Aircel that I am thinking to put do F.I.R against that center.
The story in gist is I wished to transfer to aircel from Docomo.
I ported the number and submitted everything to the customer center at Kankugachi,Kolkata.
The day i got my port number is May 26 & today is the day it didn’t get transferred.
I went 5 times to Aircel Customer care at Kankurgachi but every time I got nothing except that your document is being sent now they don’t know.
I am having a feeling that from the either THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS OR THEY HAVE MISUSED my documents.
I want a full inquiry report on what had happened and is my documents safe.?
Because if my documents fall in wrong hands, it could be a huge trouble.
I got no confirmation & support anything in writing that documents are processed.
the counter part i have have this number 8586388(if could be of any help).
I am worried about myself as I can’t trust any telecom company.
