i had booked this consignment (K61508731) through DTDC couriers on May 17th, 2013 and yet the consignment has not been delivered. i have tried calling to various offices of DTDC but none responds. The customer service of DTDC says that the consignment has been reverted back to dhanbad office but after calling Dhanbad office, they say the consignment has been delivered but few minutes later the same person says that the consignment has been returned to the franchise from where it has been booked. Inspite of providing my contact no. on the receipt none of the officials cared to call me about the status of the consignment.
my consignment contained an important document which had to be delivered on time but due to the negligence of the concerned people i have not recieved the shipment.
i would be obliged if you consider this as a matter of concern.
