Dera Sir/Madam,

I have bought the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ device is no. 9391253863 some two week back(i,e in the month of feb 2/02/2013). my Netconnect Broadband+ device stop working.then i had asked to customer care, why my deta card nor working then that customer care people told to me, your address document are not submitted that’s why your date card not working then i have submiteed all document again to the reliance webworld but my date card not working then again i asked to reliance customer care then customer care people told that your number is terminated.so please
