WRONG TRANSACTION

Location/place: SAONER, DISTT. NAGPUR

dear sir/mam,

I am using MAHADISCOM online electricity bill payment portal regularly.(Https://billing.mahadiscom.in)
As usual I paid the bill for Feb-13 through my SBI net banking with transaction number “65809729IGG6463504 TRANSFER TO 31162743009”. But the electricity bill was showing unpaid while the amount Rs. 370 deducted from my saving a/c.
As it was financial year ending I had to pay it manually to avoid power cut-off,
i.e. I paid the same bill twice but I did not get any refund of the amount which I paid as extra.
I followed up for it through mail to ‘[email protected]’ too may times but did not get even a reply for it even once.
