Postpaid to Prepaid request closed without any notification and solution

Location/place: Jaipur

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I have a reliance postpaid sim. I gave request to change my postpaid to prepaid with request No.203498052 on 27/05/2013. But they didn’t change my plan and closed my request without any notification. when i asked on the call centre they also didn’t replied properly. and now they told me that you have to give request again on the front desk after 15 days. And also i paid my dues till 27/05/2013. But now they closed my request without solution my postpaid bill is generating.

Please help me for this issue the Reliance Communication People are not listing and replying properly on this.
