3G is not working

On 25th May I have got 3G, activation call from vodafone that as it was free for me as i have samsung grand offer, but i was not getting 3G speed on the phone, i raise service request on 28th May SR_NO=2357 stating that my complain will be rectified by 5th Jun( In this fast age they are taking a weak to work a simple request). I dint get any call in between for that so i call on 5th about 8:00PM to 116 there 3G call center, i got tha answer that the problem will be rectified with in the month,

I have got 2 Month of free pack one month i have to take to activated that then what is the use of it ……
