Name of company/service: Vodafone
From last few months, I am getting calls from customer care to deposit approx. Rs.2000 and also getting interruption on my Vodafone services.
They said, another XYZ number was issued to me in 2011 and there is some usage on that number. And If I am not going to pay that requested amount, services will be barred on my number 9999888307.
Below are the few points, which I want to highlighted:
1) In last 5 years, I never used any other Vodafone number apart from my this number 9999888307
2) I have made all the payment within time period of all my monthly bills so far.
3) I asked that XYZ number from Vodafone customer care but that XYZ number is working and someone is using that XYZ number, Then how they can ask me to pay the bill for that XYZ number?
4) I asked the itemized Bill for that due amount so we can cross check, But they are not able to provide the bill against that XYZ number
5) They are threating me if I will not pay this amount, they will discontinue all services on my number 9999888307, How they can interrupt any service on my number as I have paid all bills against my number
6) If any number issued on my same account, why I didn’t get any verification on my address & Why I didn’t get any bill at any point of time
7) If Any bill is pending on my account, why they didn’t ask me in last 2 years & why they are asking me now to pay for 2011 bills
8) I visited Vodafone store in Apr-13 month and they assured me your services on 9999888307 will not be interrupted if they will not able to provide the BILL for XYZ number. Then why again I am getting threat calls from Vodafone ?
I request you please take an appropriate action against this at your end. So, I can continue this number without having any issue.
