Not getting Invoice Bill of mobile

By referring above subject I purchased a product from home shop18 on march 23 2013.Afterward I call again for invoice bill n one of its excituy talk to me n he tell dat sir will give u bill with in 6 working day.Still now I register dozens of complaint for bill n not get my bill.sir I request you dat please take some action on dat online agent so dat I’ll get my. mobile bill.
