<p><b>Location/place</b>: Ranchi</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata docomo</p>I am shriram sharma. I am using a sim of tata docomo(7209981408).on 4/6/13 a balance of Rs.90 have been deducted from my main balance.i called customer care but they refused my request for return of my balance saying that two chargable packs are subscribed from me.but i didn’t do this.although they gave advice to use sim carefully.they were treating me as i have done a mistake by calling them.
