DEAR IDEA, I WAS a proud proprietor of four IDEA sim numbers, including data card number, and have been using the same numbers for the past 8 to 12 years. I am a law abiding citizen of India and I happen to recharge all my accounts on time regularly. Is it not my right to ask for a consistent service from the so called GREAT service provider as par as the promise they exclaim? I happen to have recharged my data card for 250/- Rs for 3G services within a span of three months about three to four times and still I do not enjoy the 3G speed as majority of the time it is always down to 2G service!! Strange, then why take the charge when you do not have the capability to provide the services to people like us? Great IDEA! I call from my other mobile IDEA numbers, I get the reply that your call is ‘rejected’ majority of the time!!! Now what will a common man of India do at this time? Call the customer care! What do you get to hear? You have called the wrong number or you have selected the wrong option as WE ONLY SPEAK IN so and so language??? You call that a service on behalf of a company which is supposed to be a branch of a ADITYA BIRLA GROUP????????????? VERY STRANGE!!! I AM SURE YOU WILL GET TO KNOW THE DETAILS THROUGH YOUR ONLINE RECORDS!!! Respected Mr.Birla, Kindly see to this and help the poor who look up yo you for justified services, of-course with money!
