Complaints regarding in Voltas Split AC.

Location/place: NOIDA

Name of company/service: VOLTAS

Dear Sir,
We have purchased a 2 TON 3 star split AC from Ice Energy Corporation(Shop no.6, Ground Floor, Hansraj Tower main road, sec-31, Noida-201301) – U.P on dated 19-03-2013 but from the date of purchased it is not working. After installation We have registered the complain Ten time & every time company technician come & does not find any solution. We have registered the complain eight time in your toll free no but no one has contact me till now. our latest complaint no.13MY3105920.
So We would request to replace this AC because I was not expecting such poor service from Voltas.
Once again We would request please replace this AC.
