Two Instances of Poor experience with Shopping Website Indiatimes.com
1. Order No. 3002159914 – Purchased a Book online, money got debited from account. This was bought on Mar 28, 2013 4:13 PM via netbanking. Today we are in June and still no sign of the refund even after repeated calls to helpline and complaint numbers. Ref: Complaint case id – 779217
2. Order No. 3002338028 – Purchased a Samsung DVD Player – DVD-E370 on May 20, 2013 3:30 PM. Was assured delivery in 3 working days as I specifically asked them to expedite for my travel. No response, call center guys are clueless. Have an email from them assuring delivery on 1st June. But nothing till date ! Ref : Complaint case id – 899192
Useless people with no respect for consumer time or patience ! Strongly advise people not to purchase on this portal. Better spend your money on other reputed sites like Flipkart / Homeshop etc.
