Respected Sir, I Ravi Babu, my mobile network is Vodafone. My number is 9581186957 my recharge amount has been deducted continously without any usage any value added services from my mobile. I have given complaint to Vodafone customer care my complaint number is 1535018236 on 29/05/2013. Operator said to me that within 48hrs they will rectify my problem, her name is Priyanka.But it was not done within 48hrs again I called to customer care another operator named Anitha responded to my call and she said to me that the problem will be solved within 24hrs it was not done again i called after 24hrs they replied that my amount will be credited to my mobile by 3/05/2013 it was not done when I called to customer care Incharge Mr.Arun said to me that my amount has been deducted under network usage and my amount will not be credited back, but in my mobile I deactivated Internet connection so how it could be possible , they are not giving proper clarification.
