Peter has not refunded monies due or performed the work promised. Peter in my opinion is not qualified to be a Web Designer or Website maintenance person/contractor or employees.

Peter never follows up on requirements or gets the work done on time. We have tried dealing with him for nearly a year and its beena huge disappointment
