Name of company/service: Himgiri Hyundai
I purchased New Hyundai Eon Era+ car yesterday (02-June-2013) from Himgiri Hyundai (Dilshad Garden).
I am having two types of complaints with Himgiri Hyundai.
1. Short Billing Amount
2. Without bill accessories Received.
1. Short Billing Amount: –
I booked the same car on dated 12-05-2013 (Sunday) throughout IMRAN (Himgiri Hyundai Employee) with Cash Booking of Rs. 50000/-. I given total Rs. 341000/- with in 21 day’s as receipt details mentioned below: –

I paid Rs. 341000/- (Including Insurance + Registration charges + Service Tax + etc) to Himgiri Hyundai Company as Receipt details mentioned above then why they given a bill of Rs. 337287/- (Including Insurance + Registration charges + Service Tax + etc) to me.
A short amount of Rs. 3713/- (Bill not received from Himgiri Hyundai Company)
2. Without bill accessories Received.
My second claim as I given Rs. 2000/- extra regarding accessories purchased Gear Lock & Center Locking i.e. given cash to IMRAN; which receipt not received as they said they will give me bill when I will get Car.
Till now I didn’t get Rs. 2000/- bill from Himgiri Hyundai Company. That is totally wrong as prescribed rule & regulation. Without proper bill how could they did this type of mistake?
I am totally upset regarding the same matter. I want genuine justice so that Hyundai will never do this type of fraud again with customers.
