lack of response from wildcraft

I bought a wildcraft bag on 14/6/12 in a wildcraft showroom in RT NAGAR . the bag has a five year warranty. but the bags inner fibers which make it waterproof began to come out within three months of usage. I went back to the the showroom and the person over there assured me that he would replace the bag but told me to use it for a few more days. I continued using the bag until a few more months and the bag began to wear off even more . I again went to the showroom on the evening of 18/4/13 to get my bag replaced,but I was told that they would not replace it ,instead they assured me that the bag would be serviced/repaired within 20 days & I also got a written bill from their side,its been almost two months and Ive been running from pillar to post to get my Bag but to no avail,each time I go They come up with silly excuses and always procrastinate ,all my pleas have fallen to deaf ears.I request you to take action and help me with the replacement.
