I have book two number of parcel to send Akola from Pune on 3-May-2013.only parcel reach to Akola.on follow up no response from Pune office where I Booked parcel.when I go to police station they show octrai copy after eight days on which two units is mention and 100 Rs.Paid.but our party get only one parcel.
and not ready to give me compensation.please help me out in that or assist me where I have registered complaint for that.lost parcel cost is 14250/- Rs.
