Online recharge not received via paytm

Location/place: Surat

Name of company/service: Paytm

I have recharged with 126 rupees with paytm for my idea no.
But i havn’t got it. It has been since 4 days.
Money had been deducted from my bank account. I have contacted paytm via mail but they are not supporting to solve the problem. I have contacted idea care but they were insisting that no such recharge is done.
Now what i should do.
