money not refunded by you broadband

1.My name is Ruta Borkar
My You Broadband account no. is I have disconnected my You Broadband account no. is 691231

2. I had been assured while buying the connection that I will be refunded the security deposit of Rs.500.

3.I have disconnected my account in October 2012 and yet I haven’t received my security deposit .I call You customer Care frequently but there is no response or they just keep lying.

4.Hoping for speedy resolution.
