Not give proper service of my phone.

I have submit my mmx A110 Canvas 2 for screen spot issue and sensor issue on 19 april and till june 1 they cant resolve my problem,
and i call to mmx care they tell me 1more week to resolve your problem.
I tired to hear 1 more week, 10 days more, next Monday.
