I have an Airtel postpaid corporate connection. I have been using airtel postpaid services since long now and truly speaking, I’m more than frustrated with the billing issues that I have to face every month now. I was given a 3G plan by the customer care lst year of 150 saying it’s 1Gb plan wherein for first 512 mb you’ll get 3g speed and the for next 512 mb 2g speed.
I was fooled when I saw the coming bills which were like Rs 1700-1800 of internet usage which wasn’t possible as I never used more than 1gb of data. Then the customer care said it is correctly billed as you have user more tha 512 mb of 3g data which according to me wasn’t possible as speed itself changes after first 512mb usage.
Then it was told to me that the plan is such that you have to manually change from 3g to 2g after 512mb usage which wasn’t told to me while giving me the plan. So clearly, not the customer’s fault if airtel people are fooling around their customers.
After so many escalations and follow ups with [email protected], I got the waver I deserved and Then changed my 3g plan to 250 in which 1Gb 3g data is free.
Still next month my 3g bill more than 250 i.e around 100-1200 which again was not correct. Now I am so frustrated with the billing and talking to customer care every time that I don’t think I’ll stay with Airtel now as my outgoing is also barred since yesterday as my bill crossed my credit limit i.e. 5000.
Today I have paid 3000 and rest will be paid after the resolution is done.
Request you to activate my services ASAP now as Rs 3000 has been deposited.
