I have purchased a kutchina chimney (model name- Vogue) on 29/01/2013. As per their warranty facility I am supposed to get 3 free services in a year. As mentioned by their sales man. I am supposed to give a call to their service center to book the time. The call has to be lodged after 4 month from date of installation.
I have started giving the call as mentioned by the sales man and the same no. Is given in the guarantee card. Since then either no one is picking up the phone. If someone picks up then I get the reply that the boy who will take the call is outside for tea or something. And recently from the last 3 days the phone is switched of. Please help to get the proper service from the service provider.
