Hi This is imran , i made an order for a Sony USB pen drive on 23 April, 2013 and my product’s delivery was cancelled as no proper address was given (said by the courier company) and i made several complaint on website related to this issue and even made talked with the customer care executive but no proper resolution was provided. The only concern of mine is when certain thing called customer support is given on a site then why does no person respond to any of my mails and even if the product costs less every customer should be treated as same and resolution to be provided in all possible ways my order no on naaptol is 6355209 dated 23 april 2013.
