We had booked a bungalow through this travelgravity.com portal
After reaching the bungalow it was nothing like what it was promised. The officials at the portal failed to give us a alternative accommodation and also did not give us our refund. Instead they bad mouthed us and abused us for asking refunds. Please don’t book through this portal
