I have purchased a mobile (Huawei IDEOS X5 U8800 PRO) from Naaptol on 16-06-2012.

Product: Huawei IDEOS X5 U8800 PRO.
I received the product within 15 days but there was no invoice copy in the box.
They only provided the delivery challan which contains the address, order no, product name, and quantity.
After few months from feb,2013 I am facing problems with the mobile. Its not charging at all.
Since its under 1 year warranty I went to one of the registered service centre(Bangalore-jayanager). But they refused to take up the mobile since in the Delivery Challan its not reflecting the IMEI no of the mobile.
Their point is valid. They need the actual invoice copy where it shows the IMEI no of the mobile.
So on 14th March, 2013 I made the first request to send me the actual invoice copy with the IMEI no to my registered Email id ([email protected]).

Within three days they reverted with the same DC(Delivery Challan) which they had given at the time of delivery.
Again I called up the customer care (+91 922 353 7000) and reopened that ticket and requested to send the actual invoice copy.
But they reverted with the same DC again.
I continued calling up the customer care and requesting for it till 4th May. The ticket nos (4293897-14th March, 4436003-19th April, 4498694-4th May) have been reopend and closed several times and they sent me the same DC six times which is not accepted by the service centre.
If Naaptol is not providing the actual invoice copy then what is the guarantee that they are selling genuine goods and the warranty also goes waste without the invoice copy.
Kindly loook into this matter and help me in getting the invoice copy since the warranty period is getting over in June,2013.
