Dear Sir,

I’m writing to report wrong bill and misleading information regarding black berry plan by VODAFONE.
I have sent request to activate black berry services on 20.04.2013 on my mobile no 8879520868 and opted for Rs 599 payment month on month basis.

Till 28.04.2013 my service of black berry were activated but on 29.04.2013, we came to know by SMS that unbill amount is Rs 5681. We have approached Vodafone care centre Pawoi where executive present has checked the system and confirmed that there is some mistake in Vodafone system as the system was also showing unbill amount of Rs 330/- only which I have paid on 02.05.2013.

On 29.04.2013, we sent email to id [email protected] and brought the issue in attention of Vodafone that there was no communication to us on black berry plan wherein we have to upfront pay
Rs 4999 /- we have never informed about this.

We have been sending emails to Vodafone regularly every day but could not have any serious reply.

Apart from this, we have 2nd time contacted Vodafone care centre – Pawoi on 21.05.2013 and attended by Mr. Umesh who has also checked our entire communication of last 20-25 days and confirmed that require rectification will be done in 48 hours and we will be issued fresh bill by 11th or 7th of June 13 with corrected amount.     Please be informed that as per your request, the annual plan has been activated on the account. Therefore, the charges are valid. We also confirm that the plan was activated on the basis of a call received by the Call Center. We regret our inability to reverse the charges.
