SIM CARD Network Issue and Misguide by CCE

Dear Sir,
I have a postpaid connection of reliance of Delhi area. Mobile no 9015111316
I entered into raoming network on 29.05.2013 while going to Mathura, UP my mobile was unable to get register on network. due to which no network was there so due to this issue I called customer care no 198,30333333 and 07930333333 but each customer care executive was unable to provide me solution. They were saying that call to *222 by same number in which problem is arised but if there is no network in the mobile phone then how can I call to that number. When I called 198 they gave me 30333333 no and told that they will provide me solution but when I called 30333333 they again gave me 07930333333 and agian when i dialled this no then Ms Sangeeta Nagar, Supervisor Customer Care, AhemdaBaad told me to call 30333333.
Now I want to ask Relaince Communication that who is going to answer and solve my problem. This is my postpaid no and monthly bill is about 2000 then I also want to claim moneyfor the period in which services affected.
