REFUND OF FEES PAID TO COACHING CLASSES

My son Yash Nisar joined 21st Century Coaches, 3rd floor, B building, Best commercial complex, Above Anupam stationary, S.V.Road, Near Andheri station, Mumbai-400058(Director – Mr Vivek Khanna, mob no. :9167214924, email: [email protected])for IITJEE coaching for a period of 2 years and paid Rs 1,40,375/-. He attended the classes for a period of 1 year and was not satisfied with the quality of coaching and could not afford to put the career at stake. So we decided to discontinue and we informed them about it. We requested them(Vivek Khanna)to refund the balance proportionate fees for several times and mailed them also but all was in vain. We did not receive any response from them and one of the office bearers Mr Manoj refused to pay the refund and told(“jo karna hai woh karlo”) and so we finally decided to complain against this unfair trade practise. We hope that we will get justice and have full faith in Indian law.
