bill related issue

Location/place: delhi

Name of company/service: tikona

:- I was using Tikona Broadband connection from 3rd may 2012. But the company was unable to provide my good service, so I decided to disconnect my Tikona Broadband connection in Aug 2012 (first request), Oct 2012 (second Request ), Dec 2012 (third Request). But they have not taken any action on my request. Now they have registered complaint against me in police station.
