Incorrect Bill

Location/place: BANGALORE

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I had received my postpaid bill from Vodafone for the month of February which was way above my monthly expenses. When enquired they said it is a valid bill. However from my end it could have been a system fault or some other technical fault that had led to a incorrect bill.

I reached till the Nodal officer but was never given a proper explanation and neither got a productive helping hand. Then I wrote to the Appellate authority as well and sent them a courier with all the relevant documents. In the mean time my outgoing as well as incoming was barred from vodafone. I requested them to contact me through emails as they had suspended services on my number.

They kept on calling/mailing about the bill and everytime when i updated them with the complaint they said they will update me with the status but never did. Now they called my dad and tried to threaten him with false allegations against me.

As i was out of station this landed me and my family in mental trouble for a day until I could figure out that the caller may be from Vodafone.

Now I have lost all hope that Vodafone will help me out. I wish to lodge a complaint with Consumer Forum for this entire issue.
