An air ticket for journey from Chennai-Indore was booked through www.clickmego.com for date of journey 15thMay,2013.
Though during booking Trip id got generated but the PNR number ‘7XTO9O’ is invalid and actual booking
was not done with the airline, but the amount was deducted as payment for this booking.
Also, due to this error in system we had to book a fresh ticket on spot on journey date which costed more than the price in which the ticket was booked originally where we faced enormous difficulty on the last minute. We have provided the Itinerary details for the same as well to which the www.clickmego.com customer support team has agreed to provide excess FARE difference as refund along with the failed booking refund.
We have called the customer service multiple times and asked for refund where they are telling it is under progress since a long time
It has crossed more than 15 days now and we haven’t received any update or proper response for the same.
