The bought for Rs. 10,990/- a Iberry Asia (based at Chennai) Core X2 3G Tablet in April 2013. The tablet freezes frequently and I have been speaking, writing and doing as per their customer care advice but even after more than 1.5 months the tablet freezes.
Within 3 days of purchase, the tablet was sent to Chennai for service of RAM and firmware upgrade for freezing. It persisted. I was advised again to reinstall firmware upgrade but in vain. I was again adviced for factory reset but again freezing problem remained intact/unresolved. Now they are saying “make a video of the freezing problem and send it to us!!!”Never heard of this.
I have a very bad experience with Iberry and realize I should have never bought its Product.
