I am a customer of Lenovo and own a Lenovo G570 Ideapad laptop with Serial Number- CB09201117 which I purchased in 2011.
Within 1 year of purchase, there was a Hinges issue which was serviced by Monarch Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune as it was under warranty period.
Now after a few months of its warranty expiry, my laptop has stopped working all of a sudden. I am unable to charge it and hence, even switch it on. Hinges issue is also occurring again.
Thus, I have given the same for repair to Monarch Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune which have asked for over 10,000 Rs amount since it is not under warranty.
I used to recommend Lenovo to others at office and in family but seriously disappointed by Lenovo this time around because of these issues.
