Name of company/service: airtel broadband
From last month, in hyderabad number of airtel representative are wondering to offer internet service. There scheme includes 20gb-4mbps data + after that 512 kbps unlimited data + modem only in Rs 500. i would like to share my experience with you guys. these representative only stuck with you upto you pay payment. after that no one receives call. gives excuses. also there is not at all cordination in there representatives and airtel office which give u connection. I guess most of representative with local authorities making fraud. i have taken this connection. but after setting up wire, no one want to communicate with me.(they only set wire not connection). also for this too they take 10 days.
i would like to suggest if someone interested in internet don’t use big companies services. instead use local one. in hyderabad in my experiecne, two providers are better, beam and dhani…but airetel sucks really…please share your experience
