Name of company/service: Indian Railway
I was traveling from Station Tumsar Road to Pune in Maharashtra Exp (on 27-05-2013).
In Manmad station one person came and asked me to release the seats (s1-56/54) and he said that this berth are allotted to him
(and I have paid money for this to current TC).
I was shocked how the two confirmed/reserved sheets was allotted to two persons.
that person started rough argument with us then I called to the TC and very surprising TC -the ticket checker was taking his side.
he was saying that your berth were not marked by previous TC (in Nagpur) hence your ticket is cancelled now and your money will refund to your account.
Also he said that it is our fault (my customers) you should report to TC at Boarding station.
If it is so then what is the responsibility of TC and Railway should give affidavit to each passenger at boarding station.
in Wardha the previous TC had already checked my ticket (screen shot of ticket in mobile) and My PAN Card.
The present TC said :-
1- the seats (s1-56/54) were vacant hence allotted to other person.
2- you have not reported to TC and it is your fault you have to release this berth immediately.
3 – also he said that previous TC has filled your cancellation and now he cant do anything.
After lot of argument the TC came back and allotted us the other sheet (s2-33/34) in free (without any charge).
In night I have observed that the TC has taken thousand rupees from that person ( for my berth s1-56/54).
I have seen the worst situation of mismanagement of Indian railway in Maharashtra Exp.

I want strong action against Both The TC ( Nagpur and bhusawal) they have sold the same berth to two person.
we were present in train/on berth and our confirm ticket got cancelled.
it is same as providing death certificate to alive person and him dead.
