Hi,

I am informing you that I paid the bill amount of one thousand six hundred and forty three rupees (1643 rs) to an executive on 02/16/2013 and my number is 9243531340 and Account number is 913048604, but that person did not made that payment to the Tata Teleservices. Regarding this issue, I have complained to Tata Customer Care a lot of times, since March, but not yet resolved that issue, even though I received a Legal letter from SA Associates.

I met with legal department on 05/20/2013 and spoke with concerned person, but no response from him also. I received Legal letter through mail on 05/23/2013. After speaking with the Legal department, I received a legal letter. It is not at all fair.

I have a bill that I paid on February 16, 2013, so kindly solve this issue. I am facing lot of problems with this. I lost my peace of mind and suffering lot of depressive symptoms.

I hope you will take this as a complaint and solve this ASAP. Let me know about this.
