Tata Photon + 1200 unlimited plan does not work

Location/place: lucknow U.P

Name of company/service: Tata Teleservices

I have trying to reach tata photon customer executive for the past 20 days and have callled them on the one and only no 1800266121 which is always busy and disconnects on its own after 1.5 mins of holding the line
I have called this no atleast 20 times everyday and its always busy
my photon no is 9236459733,U.P East(lucknow)
I have been using photon for almost a year now for 6 months everything worked fine
But from the last months
There is no network
The connection terminates on its own
I have dropped them complaints but there is no response
I wana sue the company as im no the verge of loosing my job as most of my work is online.

    hello
    its been 2 days and i got a mail which said the issue would be resolved by 29th May
    Which has passed
    Any progress

    still nothing even after a week
    my data card doesnt work
    no one called or mailed
    a sad state of affair in our country
    d companies take money and do not provide the service-and as for the rules is service industry,first there is service then one pays
    sad
    I wish could reach up higher to some appellate authority
