I have got this email from Mr Shashikant Pawar regarding DSL router Submission. But I bout the Router from Tata Indicom. So why should I give it back. Please let them check properly before sending such emails. I almost used this conection for 3-4 years and still If I am getting such kind of emails with such wording. THen it’s shame on Tata Companies. I will not be using any product from Tata Companies as it looks like they are not professionals.
Need strong action against it.

1. TCL is Broadband operators in various other places including at Maharashtra region having their branch offices, inter alia at Al Aqmar, Ganeshkhind Road, Shivaji Nagar, and Pune – 5. After agreeing to all the terms and Conditions of TCL you have availed the Services vide Account Number. ACC001978512
TCL further says that while availing the said facility you had agreed to the terms and conditions of TCL including to submit the equipment and in default therein you had also agreed to pay the cost fetches thereon. However you have neglected to submit the TCL DSL Router Equipment till today thereby you became one of the defaulters of our clients.
3. TCL further says that even after repeated requests, reminders and personal visits by the representatives of TCL, you have neither submitted nor have provided the receipt copy towards the submission. As such you have committed breach of terms, your actions are against the interest of TCL, hence noted the same by TCL.
4. TCL now has assigned the matters to initiate Legal proceedings against you. Without prejudice to TCL rights to claim entire amount for the DSL Router Equipment and before initiating any Criminal and/or Civil proceedings against you to avoid inconveniences and harassments to their customers, TCL are presently contemplating/interested in settling the matters mutually, to give fair chance to their once valued customers, by inviting for them to submit the DSL Router Equipment. The submission proceedings meeting to be held in the direction of rebuilding relationships under the principles of natural justice for mutual benefits, to be held in our/our clients at the address given herein below,.
In the event of failure to attend the submission of DSL Router Equipment at the given details hereinabove, you are hereby called upon to pay the cost of the Equipment.
These being the circumstances please take note that if you fail to co-operate or in default of your compliance to this notice TCL peremptory instructions to take appropriate Civil and/or Criminal proceedings against you for evading and avoiding to submit the Equipment also for the acts of negligence to return the valuable DSL Router instrument, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences thereof.
