I ordered a cake to be delivered to my parents on their wedding anniversary (8th May). The online company, charged my credit card and failed to deliver the cake. Due to their inefficneity and mistake they shipped to Trichy instead of chennai and after seven days delivered the cake (which was already rotten and non consumable). The company refuses to refund my account and says tha the produce is already delivered. This is atrocious. The very purspose of the gift is defeated and I lost the money also.
