Not getting replacement of faulty tab.

I got a faulty tab against order no 6003751.on dtd.19/02/2013.First time as per my complaints they pick up the faulty tab and resend me the another faulty tab.Now when i file recomplaints they are not entertain me to pickup the material.and this issue is open for last one month.Pl do something to get the right things.
