Hi,
I have AIRTEL fixed line with broad band connection.My number is 044-43306193.
I have frequently problem with line disconnection when teking the connection of the line from airtel.When ever raise the coplaint they never solve the problem what they promise the time limit.
Now I rasie the complaint on 24 May 2013 at 1:13 AM for fixed line is dead.
As per customer care reparanative promise they need to cloed the complaint on 24th May 2013 on before of 12.30PM but I got one more message from AIRTEL they will paln to close the compalint on 26th may 2013 on before of 7PM.
I called them what is the problem they replie me because of the cable problem we took some moore time but surely fixed on given tome but no one came to my home for check the connection till now. On the 26 may 2013 1PM again I got message from AIRTEL they will plan to close the issue on 29 may 2013 on before of4PM and called the AIRTEL customer care person they replied they had found the problem in DB box and again I aked them I never found the any AIRTEL technical person in near to my DB box and check the line in DB box to home” after i asked this question that person simply laughed then I understood they simply cheeting me.
Then I asked them shall i quit the connection they said after you will pay the outsating balance If i raise the quit request they will do with in a day.
They not ready to solve my connectin issue but they will ready to cut the connection.
